The Executive Women’s Forum owns and operates the Executive Women’s Forum website located at http://www.ewf-usa.com (the "Website”). This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement”) informs visitors of the rules and policies that govern the Website. We use the term "visitors” to include both registered users of the Website and any other person that accesses the Website at any point for any amount of time, unless designated otherwise. We may also gather certain types of non-personal information about your visit to protect the security of our members or the Website or to make the content of the Website more useful and enjoyable for all our visitors. In consideration of the Website accepting User Content, you hereby grant to the Website and the Executive Women’s Forum an irrevocable, transferable, paid up, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide sub-licensable license to use, copy, print, display, modify, edit, remove, publicly perform, translate, and create derivative works from and distribute or otherwise use and reproduce User Content on the Website and in all forms of media now known or hereafter and in connection with the advertising, marketing, or promotion of any or all of the foregoing, throughout the world in all forms of media now known or hereafter invented in perpetuity (collectively the "Uses”) and the right to, in the Executive Women’s Forum’s sole option and discretion, attribute such User Content to the visitor submitting the User Content. The opinions expressed in User Content reflect solely the opinions of the users and may not reflect the opinions of the Executive Women’s Forum. Cyber Security School Challenge

One of the programs offered by the Executive Women’s Form and made available through the Website is the Cyber Security School Challenge. As part of this program, the Executive Women’s Forum provides educational materials relating to Internet safety, which educators and technology professionals can utilize in order to teach school children about Internet safety issues. Participants in the Cyber Security School Challenge are responsible for identifying schools that wish to participate and coordinating the presentation of the Cyber Security School Challenge materials at the participating school. The Executive Women’s Forum accepts no responsibility or liability relating to (i) the use of the Cyber Security School Challenge materials by any participants; (ii) any presentation made by a participant at a participating school; or (iii) the actions of any participant or participating school related to their use of the Cyber Security School Challenge materials. The participants and participating schools are responsible for the content of all presentations made using Cyber Security School Challenge materials.
