Joyce Brocaglia

Founder of the Executive Women's Forum and CEO of Alta Associates

  

For over three decades Joyce has dedicated her career to building world-class diverse teams and advancing women in Cybersecurity. In 1986 Joyce founded Alta Associates, the leading executive search firm specializing in cybersecurity and IT Risk. In 2002 she founded the EWF which today is the largest member organization serving emerging leaders as well as the most prominent and influential female executives in their field. Joyce is fiercely dedicated to increasing opportunity, access, and representation for all women of every race, religion, sexual orientation and seniority in our industry. Joyce’s reputation in the industry and extensive trusted network has enabled her to create influential and impactful relationships with Corporate leaders, Universities, and the Government to affect positive change for all cybersecurity professionals.  


 

Lynn Terwoerds

Executive Director

 

Lynn joined the Executive Women's Forum in 2016. As the Executive Director, Lynn reports to the CEO and Founder of the EWF. Lynn has overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, programs, expansion, and execution of the EWF mission. The Executive Director, in conjunction with the CEO and staff, develops core programs, operations, and business plans.

 


 

Lori Murray

Program Director

 

Lori has been a member of the EWF Team for 10 years. As Program Director, Lori is the primary organizer who oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of EWF programs and events. These events include the EWF National Conference, Cybersecurity Women on Capitol Hill Public/Private Symposium and EWF industry events such as RSA and Black Hat. Lori also manages the key operational functions of the EWF as well as Alta Associates including personnel management, AP/AR and 3rd party vendor coordination.  


 

Linda Dolceamore


Director Leadership Development

 

Linda joined the Executive Women's Forum in 2014 and serves as the Director of Leadership Development. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and implementing all initiatives that support the development and advancement of our EWF members. Linda is the Coach/Facilitator of the Leadership Journey, our yearlong leadership development virtual program that focuses on developing self-awareness, personal capacity, and resilience necessary to flourish in leadership roles. She also oversees the Lift mentoring program and facilitates the Transition Excelerator onboarding program that accelerates new leaders' performance.



 

Mary Wei

Manager of Membership Engagement

 

Mary joined the EWF team in 2014. She works with all team members to advance membership recruitment, retention, engagement and growth. Also, she manages the EWF’s relationships with our Executive Ambassadors and Champions in fully leveraging their sponsorships. She holds a B.S. in Management and minor in International Business & Economics from Purdue University. 


  

Melissa Rojas

Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Melissa joined the Executive Women's Forum in 2017. As a Digital Marketing Specialist for the EWF, she is responsible for developing, managing, tracking, and coordinating all digital content. This includes social media, content marketing, email marketing, and press releases. Melissa has a B.A. in Marketing Communications and a minor in Photography from Columbia College Chicago.


 

Traci Wei

Conference Manager

Traci joined the EWF team as an event and association consultant in late 2009 and has been working with the team over the years on their annual conference, symposia, and various web events. Traci is owner and CEO of Conference and Planning Services, LLC (aka CAPS). She holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a M.S. in Telecommunication Systems from DePaul University.
