By using this site, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions of use. We reserve the right to modify them at any time. You should check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. By using this site after we post any changes to these terms and conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these terms and conditions of use, please do not use this site. These terms and conditions do not apply to your use of unaffiliated sites to which the site only links.
Code of Conduct
The purpose of the site is to facilitate the mission of EWF – to enable our members to build strong networks and lasting relationships, gain access to empowering resources, and be inspired by each other to achieve their professional goals and personal dreams. We ask that registered users of the site not utilize contact information or other resources here to solicit fellow users for business or to send unsolicited spam emails. We also ask that those participating in forums and posting resources on the site refrain from posting offensive materials or using inappropriate language.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
The contents of our site are protected by copyright and trademark laws, and are the property of their owners. Unless we say otherwise, you may access the materials located within the site for your personal use only. This means you may download one copy of posted materials on a single computer for personal, noncommercial home use only, so long as you neither change nor delete any author attribution, trademark, legend or copyright notice. When you download copyrighted material you do not obtain any ownership rights in that material.
You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in any way exploit the content of the site. Only if you obtain prior written consent from us - and from all other entities with an interest in the relevant intellectual property - may you publish, display or commercially exploit any material from the site.

Submissions
The site contains a number of areas through which you will be able to publish materials on the site such as forums and resources (collectively, "Submissions"). We are not responsible for screening Submissions for libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, copyright or trademark infringement, accuracy, or for any other reason. We retain, however, the right to modify or remove any Submissions, messages or other material that we, in our sole discretion, consider infringing, offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, stale, or otherwise unacceptable. Whether or not we remove such material, users remain solely responsible for the content of their messages or postings.
You are not entitled to any compensation for Submissions to the site.
Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, we have a policy of removing Submissions that violate copyright law, suspending access to the site (or any portion thereof) to any user who uses the site in violation of copyright law, and/or terminating in appropriate circumstances the account of any user who uses the site in violation of copyright law. If you believe your copyright is being infringed by a user of the site, please contact us immediately at EWFinquiries@altaassociates.com and (a) identify the copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed; (b) identify the allegedly infringing material in a sufficiently precise manner to allow us to locate that material; (c) contain adequate information by which we can contact you (including postal address, telephone number, and e-mail address); (d) contain a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or the law; (e) contain a statement that the information in the written notice is accurate; and (f) contain a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Subscription/Registration
We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate the registration of any user or general user of our site who violates any of these terms and conditions of use or for any other behavior that we in our discretion believe is inappropriate.

THE SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS WARRANT THAT ANY FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
