Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) Regional Event
in Bengaluru

  • Customer Digital Identity - Why and how can organizations can invest and implement Customer IAM? -  In this panel we will discuss some of the drivers, focus areas and strategies of Organization (Banking and Retail) for CIAM. With strong laws are surfacing more on consumer’s rights to privacy, there is an immediate need for organizations to use innovative technologies to manage and protect customer data and identities. While compliance to laws and regulations may be one of the reason, the motive for investing in CIAM may be different for each industry. For example finance companies may use CIAM to increase trust, reduce risk and improve customer experiences, companies in the retail sector are mainly focused on collecting data about customers and consent so that they can use the data to get better.
