Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) Regional Event
in Bengaluru

Speaker Bios

Pooja Agrawalla leads the Enterprise Access Management organization at Wells Fargo Enterprise Global Services (WFEGS). In her current role, she leads a team that delivers IAM solutions and oversees operations and governance.

Before joining Wells Fargo, she worked as an IAM consultant with PwC. Before which she was with Infosys. While at these companies, she delivered multiple projects on implementation of IAM products - CyberArk, Oracle Identity Governance, Sailpoint, Oracle LDAP, Sun Access Manager, Sun Identity Manager, Sun LDAP, and Tivoli Identity Manager. She also has experience in mainframes like JCL, COBOL, and CICS. 

She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). She has completed a diploma program on Innovation and Design Thinking from MIT, Columbia and Tuck school of Business. In June 2019, she cleared her Certified Cloud Security Professional Certification (CCSP) exam. Additionally, she is currently pursuing Masters from BITS Pilani’s M-Tech in Computing Systems and Infrastructure (2019-21).

Apart from work and learning, she is an avid traveler. She loves to read and enjoys watching documentaries and science fiction.


 

Arindam Banerrji leads Wells Fargo’s Global Capability Centers in India and the Philippines. He is accountable for effective execution and governance of global delivery activities. He is responsible for enhancing value creation for Wells Fargo by building efficient capabilities and enabling a culture of transformation and innovation.  


Arindam is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a deep understanding of the banking industry across finance, technology, mid-office/ back-office operations developed over a career span of over 30 years in India and UK.   Most recently, Arindam worked with EY India as a Lead Partner responsible for building and leading its business with Global Financial Institutions who have a large presence as a GCC in India. He was instrumental in advising large banks on their strategic programs for technology transformation, market risk programs, and service delivery excellence. Prior to EY, Arindam was the Managing Director at Deutsche Bank where he ensured harmonization of the operating model across infrastructure areas of the bank, to create a globally-efficient delivery model. He also served as Global Head of the GBS Service Centres and the GBS Business Delivery Manager for Global Markets (Equities). Prior to this, he was the Regional CIO for India between 2004 – 2005, responsible for the strategic management of the India Smart Sourcing initiative, with oversight responsibilities for the Group Technology and Operations functions in the bank’s India offices. During his stint at JPMorgan Chase, he played multiple leadership roles such as CFO and COO, driving mergers and integration. As the COO, he was instrumental in setting up the Global Service Center for JPMorgan Chase.  

Arindam is married with two children. 

 

Piyasa Biswas is an Information Security Manager at Wells Fargo. In her role, she leads Identity and Access Management project solution delivery teams in Bengaluru.

Piyasa joined Wells Fargo in 2016. Before Wells Fargo, she worked as an IAM consultant with PwC, prior to which she was with Wipro Technologies. She has delivered multiple complex projects on IAM implementation and consulting services with products from Oracle Identity Management Suite, Sun Identity Manager, Sun Directory Server, and authorization solution using Plainid, Axiomatic. Piyasa also proactively leads the ‘Women in Information Security’ initiative for Wells Fargo EGS’ Information and Cyber Security function. It is forum which is focused on engaging, empowering, and encouraging women to explore careers in Information Security domains.

In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and reading.

 

Brenda Bjerke, is Senior Director, Information Risk Management at Target. In her role, she leads Information Security Management Office, Information Security Policy, Training & Awareness, Vendor Security, Business Information Security Office (BISO), Payments & Compliance (PCI, GLBA, SOX & HIPAA) teams for the enterprise. She joined Target in 2003. After Target’s data security incident in 2013, Brenda played an important role in transforming Target’s security culture.

Brenda serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the Diversity Action Committee for Target’s Technology Services, focused on building a team that values open dialogue, respect, inclusion and diversity. She is also the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) Champion advancing women in security initiatives at Target and mentors several women in technology, both internally and through external partnerships.

Previously, Brenda worked at American Express Financial Advisors where she was responsible for a variety of business operations, leadership and project roles.
Brenda has earned a Bachelor of Applied Business and Masters of Business Administration. She is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).

Brenda spends her free time with her family which includes two teenagers and enjoys volunteering at charities close to her heart.

 

Kalpana Dube is a Business and Technology Leader with specialization in Application Services, technology and Analytics. She is a certified Corporate Director from Institute of Directors, 

Bangalore and is a member of the Executive Committee for Institute of Directors, Bangalore. She is a board member, Business Advisor and Mentor for a few Start Ups. 

She was earlier with IBM as Director, Application Management Services for a decade. Prior to IBM, Kalpana has worked with GE Equipment Management, Stamford, Connecticut as Enabling CIO. Prior to GE, she has worked with Tata Consultancy Services as Line of Business Leader - Airlines and Transportation.
Kalpana has done her post-graduation in Science from Delhi University. She has done several Management courses from IIM Calcutta, ISB, eCornell and IIM Bangalore. She is a Six Sigma certified professional from GE. 


She is an avid reader, enjoys reading, traveling and listening to Music. 


Tanushree Paul Gardner leads the Identity & Access Management Operations at Wells Fargo Enterprise Global Services. In her current role, she oversees teams of IAM Security professionals, who manage users’ access to Enterprise Applications and Platforms, as well as govern Access Controls effectiveness and provide Production Support. 


Tanushree’s core strength lies in risk management, assessing business problems, and driving efficiency through appropriate solutions. 

Before joining Wells Fargo, she worked as Senior Manager – IAM Security in Conduent Inc. Prior to that, she was with J P Morgan. While at these companies, she delivered multiple projects on Access Governance, IAM strategic tool-suite adoption, Application Risk Classification & Controls assessments, and risk mitigation.

She is a certified ISO27001- Lead Auditor, and is actively pursuing security accreditations from other global organizations.

Apart from work, she is an avid reader, especially of biographies and literature on history, anthropology, and futurology. She holds a degree in Architecture and enjoys designing, in her off-hours.

 

Deepa Susan George is a Senior Security Manager with Accenture with 19 years of industry experience, and leads Cyber Security Strategy development for clients.

She has been with Accenture for 15 years, and has worked in Security Operations, Offering Development, and Consulting,  across Industries.

Deepa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore.

Deepa has always been a sports person and an avid traveler. She now looks forward to going about these passions with her husband and 2 year old in tow.

 

 

 Talya Gepner, Director of Information Security Training, Awareness and Policy, Target.

 

Talya Gepner supports the Information Risk Management team in Target’s IT organization, including leading training, communications, phishing awareness, and policy for the Enterprise as well as high-priority groups.

 

Talya joined in Target in February 2016 from Accenture where she led global training and change management projects including video games and diagnostics designed to improve information security awareness. Prior to the Information Security work, Talya managed training and communications for large-scale IT implementation in Accenture’s management consulting practice.

 


 

Mini Gupta is a partner with the Advisory Services practice at EY. She is an Engineer and an MBA. She has around 18 years of experience in Cyber Security, Privacy, IT advisory and IT risk 

Services and Manufacturing clients. Mini has led several large scale IT and cyber transformation programs across clients. She heads the Technology risk and cyber security practice for Media & Entertainment sector in EY India. She also heads the GRC automation practice for EY India. services across clients in Telecom, Media, Technology, Services, Financial 

 

 

 

Juhi Ramani is a Program Manager at Dell Product and Application Security. She comes with 10 years of industry experience. In her current role, she works for the Product Security Incident Response Team. She feels proud to call herself an active member of the Executive Women Forum(EWF). 

Juhi is a co-founder of a nonprofit in India, which works towards the betterment of autism and less privileged.

Sidhu Sridhara leads the Information and Cyber Security Services Group at Wells Fargo Enterprise Global Services (WFEGS) reporting in to the Global Chief Information Security Officer. 

He joined Wells Fargo in 2014. He reported to the Chief Compliance Officer for 18 months and helped build and lead the Regulatory Compliance services organization. He holds multiple certifications in IT Risk Management and IT Governance. 

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Sidhu served as Risk Management Fellow (Banking and Securities) at Deloitte US. As Regional Leader of the Finance Risk Transformation Services practice of the firm, he led global M&A projects in the financial services sector. 

He is a regular keynote speaker and panel member on cyber security, innovation and financial services matters in India and abroad. He has been invited by global media organizations like The Economist, Economic Times, Financial Times, Information Security Media Group, Indian agencies like ASSOCHAM, FICCI, and premier educational Institutions like the IIMs and ISB for his expertise in the industry. He was awarded Editor’s Choice CISO of the year in 2018. 

Sidhu takes personal interest in coaching and mentoring women in middle management levels across India, Europe, and America.
 

 

Sailaja Vadlamudi,  MCA ,CISM currently heading  Security & Data Privacy  for  S/4HANA IEG  Produce unit at SAP  with 16 years of experience. She had versatile experience in IT , Software Product Development, Application Security and Data Privacy, Risk Assessments, Governance , Dev Sec Ops with a proven Performance record of Delivering  Value as Business enabler. 

She empowers, mentors and encourages women and girls from various streams by delivering sessions and training's on security and data Privacy across the globe. 

 

 

Keerthi VC is Program Director serving as Regional Compliance Head under the CRO Office and manages Continuous Compliance Program of key client Engagements. In her previous role at 


HCL she built the Enterprise Vendor Risk Management (VRM) Framework & Program under CISO’s office, responsible to develop strategy and roadmap for VRM Program, oversee all aspects of VRM, ensuring objective risk assessment and independent vendor risk reporting.

She is one of the first few Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) from India and comes with industry accredited credentials such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Qualys Guard Certified Specialist (QGCS).

Prior to HCL, she was managing the Strategic Partner Relationship for Bank of America and was responsible to oversee Technology Risks of Third Parties. Keerthi has over 16 years of varied experience in Information Security, Compliance, Third Party Security, Data Privacy, Forensic Investigations & IT Infrastructure. Her career was shaped by building large risk frameworks, designing risk programs for diverse industry verticals across large Financial Service Organizations like Goldman Sachs and Advisory role in Ernst & Young and IBM.


She is an Engineering graduate and currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics from National Law School of India.
