Today the EWF is the largest member organization serving emerging leaders as well as the most prominent and influential female executives in their field. The EWF has engaged over 10,000 women and the companies they work for.
In 2017 Joyce created the EWF Cybersecurity Women on Capitol Hill Public-Private Symposium to educate and raise Congressional awareness of the collective talent and subject matter expertise of women in cybersecurity and related technology fields and to engage women in the cybersecurity legislative process.
Joyce also a co-authored the 2017 Global Women in Cybersecurity Report highlighting workforce statistics of women in the cybersecurity industry.
In 2006 Joyce and the Executive Women's Forum partnered with Carnegie Mellon's INI to create scholarships for outstanding women to enroll in CMU's Master of Science in Information Security Technology and Management program. The first EWF Fellow was announced in 2007, and a full scholarship has been awarded each year since then.
With a mission to increase the pipeline of diverse and qualified board of director members, in 2019 Joyce founded BoardSuited. This online e-learning course provides professionals with a practical approach to best prepare and position themselves for their first boardroom seat. BoardSuited combines a robust curriculum and insights from seated Board Members and C level experts to teach learners how boards operate, their roles and responsibilities as board members and guides them in creating their personal roadmap to the boardroom.

Joyce is a frequent speaker at industry events as a subject matter expert on strategic executive hiring and building cybersecurity organizations and diverse workforces. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Montclair State University, is happily married to an amazing man and has three incredible daughters.
