About the Speakers: 

Linda Dolceamore, Director of Leadership Development, EWF

Linda joined the EWF in 2014 and serves as the Director of Leadership Development. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and implementing all initiatives that support the development and advancement of our members.

Linda is the Coach/Facilitator of the Leadership Journey, our year long leadership development virtual program that focuses on developing self-awareness, personal capacity, and resilience necessary to flourish in leadership roles. She also oversees the Lift mentoring program, The Rising Leaders Forum and facilitates the Transition Excelerator onboarding program that accelerates new leaders' performance.



Renee Forney, Senior Director, of Cyber Assurance, Capital One

Renee is a consummate cybersecurity expert and visionary, earning the honor of SC Magazine’s 2016 Women of Influence award and ACT-IAC’s Igniting Innovation award. Currently, she serves as Capital One’s Senior Director of Cyber Assurance and is responsible for cyber third-party management , mergers & acquisitions cyber due diligence, customer authentication and PCI.  As Senior 

Director, Renee pioneered a cyber threat, intelligence-led, supply chain risk management program. Previously, Renee has served as the Deputy CIO for the Department of Energy and the Executive  Director of the Cyber Skills Management Support Initiative at the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to Federal Service Renee was with Unisys as a Division Program Manager.

Renee, a sought-after speaker at major industry conferences, has spoken at  RSA, the  Black Enterprise TechConneXt Tech Summit, and the National Conference of Minority Cybersecurity 

Renee holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, M.S. in Engineering Management from
 George Washington University, and an honorary Doctorate Degree of Science and Technology from Champlain College. She is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Shared Assessments Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) and received her Executive Education Certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from Columbia Business School, Columbia University. Professionals. She has served on  the (ISC)2 North American Advisory Council. In addition, she currently serves on the  Executive Women’s Forum Board of Advisors, the University of  Texas San Antonio Research External Advisory Council, the George Washington University Institute for Information Infrastructure Protection and the Shared Assessments Advisory Board.  Renee is a published  author on cybersecurity workforce issues and has briefed members of Congress and staff regarding  minority underrepresentation in cybersecurity.


Talya Gepner, Director, Information Security Training and Awareness, Target



Talya Gepner supports the Information Risk Management team in Target’s IT organization, including leading training, communications, phishing awareness, and policy for the Enterprise as well as high-priority groups. Talya joined in Target in February 2016 from Accenture where she led global training and change management projects including video games and diagnostics designed to improve information security awareness. Prior to the Information Security work, Talya managed training and communications for large-scale IT implementation in Accenture’s management consulting practice.




Julie A. Glover, JD, CIPP/US, CIPM, is Principal of 6 Degrees Privacy Consulting, LLC.

Ms. Glover started her consulting business in 2013, after several years working as a practicing attorney, technology company privacy manager and strategist, and in-house counsel. She focuses on designing privacy programs and compliance strategies that meet the needs of individual clients in the technology, retail, healthcare, non-profit and other corporate sectors.
