This virtual meet is to enable all women in security to overcome barriers to reach great heights in the careers that matter to them. It will also help them to interact with mentors closely, discuss and understand how they can handle things of immediate concerns. Mentors will be guiding you all on some of the topics listed below. You can learn from panel experiences and gather tips on how to navigate some of the difficult yet critical hurdles. 


 
Menaka Krishnamurthy, Sr Engineering Manager, Digital Security Solutions, Target Corporation

She leads a team full of enthusiastic problem solvers and has spent more than a decade inspiring Digital, Marketing and Security business enablers. She brings a unique blend of manufacturing and retail business model insights. At Target she is managing Security for Target's digital resources and enhancing Team member and Guest experience during their Digital interactions. She is responsible for building efficient capabilities and enabling a culture of transformation through innovation and inspiration.

She holds an MBA degree and is currently pursuing MS in Cyber security at NYU. Outside of her work she is enjoys experimental cooking and spending time with her family.

 


Pooja Agrawalla, Head-Identity and Access Management, NXP

Pooja has led & strategized large enterprise solutions in Cybersecurity - Identity & Access Management (IAM). She has close to 19 years of experience in Identity & Cybersecurity, she now leads IAM products and solutions at NXP. Pooja is a noted speaker in multiple technology and Cybersecurity forums. She is currently associated with CSA (Cloud Security Alliance) Bangalore Chapter. 

Pooja is an evangelist for women in cybersecurity. She works with diverse communities within her companies and with groups like EWF India (Executive Women Forum – Infosec & Risk). Pooja has been recently awarded as one of Top 20 Indian Women Influencers in Security for 2020 by SecurityToday, InfosecGirls and WISECRA.

Her cybersecurity experience is backed by certifications like CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional). She has completed Design Thinking program from Emeritus in collaboration with MIT, Columbia, Tuck. Runa Dalal, Director Risk Advisory and Cyber Risk, Deloitte

Qualified as an MBA and BE have close to 16 years of work experience in IT and IT Security. Personally, love to read and Travel. Have also trained in classical dance as a student. Had taken a break for 4 years when my son was born. He is 12 now. Live with my husband and son 

Joined Deloitte as Senior Manager in Cyber Risk Advisory in June 2016 from Happiest Minds Work with a few of Deloitte's Global Crown Jewel clients supporting them on various Security related engagements such as Security Assurance, GRC, Cyber Security Assessments, Security Automation etc. 
Have developed and implemented various solutions using AUML/RPA technologies to solve common Cyber Security related challenges. 

Lead for Learning and Development for Cyber Risk Advisory Practice and handle other Talent related matters for the practice in Bangalore location

Prior to Deloitte I was leading the GRC Team at Happiest Minds. I was working with Honeywell leading their Business Continuity implementation for the GCC before Happiest Minds. I was also working with EY from 2004 to 2007 as a Senior Consultant in their Technology Risk Services team. Started my career In Mumbai and have been in Bangalore since 2007.

 


Keerthi V C, Operations Director, Regional Compliance Head and Former Head of Vendor Risk Management, HCL Technologies

Keerthi VC is Program Director serving as Regional Compliance Head under the CRO Office and manages Continuous Compliance Program of key cent Engagements. In her previous role at HCL she built the Enterprise Vendor Risk Management (VRM) Framework & Program under C150's office, responsible to develop strategy and roadmap for VRM Program, oversee all aspects of VRM, ensuring objective risk assessment and independent vendor risk reporting. 


She is one of the first few Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) from India and comes with industry accredited credentials such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (USA), Certified Payment Card Industry Security implementer (CPI51), ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Qualys Guard Certified Specialist (Q GS).

Prior to HCL, she was managing the Strategic Partner Relationship for Bank of America and was responsible to oversee Technology Risks of Third Parties. Keerthi has over 16 years of varied experience in Information Security, Compliance, Third Party Security, Data Privacy, Forensic Investigations & IT Infrastructure. Hercareer was shaped by building large risk frameworks. designing risk programs for diverse industry verticals across large Financial Service Organizations like Goldman Sachs and Advisory role in Ernst & Young and IBM.

She is an Engineering graduate and currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics from National Law School of India.
