Arthureen participates as a member of the RLF Virtual Conversations Action team. In addition to receiving her M.S., Arthureen has obtained several industry certificaitons including CISSP, PCIP and CRISC.
Outside of work, Arthureen enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Karolyn Maloney has more than a decade of experience in information technology and information security. Currently, she is a Senior Director in Global Security
at CVS Health. In her current role, she is responsible for the strategy and execution of the IT Hygiene program, Data Protection, and Software Security. She also has experience in policy and control development, risk management, and identity & access management. Karolyn is passionate about growing future leaders and mentors many individuals.
Karolyn holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from Quinnipiac University and a M.S. degree in Cybersecurity Management from Bay Path University. She currently serves on the Quinnipiac CIS Advisory Board to support the
curriculum and student career development, the Cloud Security Alliance Hartford Chapter Board of Directors and as member of the Executive Women’s Forum Board of Advisors. Within the EWF, she is a co-lead of the Rising Leaders Forum,
which is a community within EWF focused on engaging, developing, and advancing millennial women. Karolyn also enjoys opportunities to give back to the community and has educated hundreds of students on how to stay safe online.
Jessica Valentine is a mindful business mentor and cybersecurity professional.
Her breadth of experience in strategy, operations, program management, and client services allow her to apply a holistic approach to secure client’s digital transformation initiatives at Optiv, asecurity solutions integrator.
notable achievements include creating the inaugural cybersecurity internship program for Dell, launching her own non-profit, Own I.T., for women in cybersecurity, and teaching yoga at the RSA conference and EWF National
Conference in 2019.
As an industry speaker and wellness entrepreneur, Jessica Valentine is passionate about empowering women to embody their vision and weave wellness with work. She is currently developing her
own methodology to offer to individuals and organizations seeking fulfillment, engagement, and holistic professional development. She is an activist for diversity, equity, and inclusion and women’s initiatives and is
inspired to pioneer a new path for the next generation of leaders in our field.
A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Ericka L. Wylie-Chambers has emerged as a continuous leader in the field of Emergency Management and Business Continuity. Currently, she is a Senior Consultant for Business Continuity Services within the Corporate and Information Security Services division for Exelon Corporation. Exelon is the nation's leading competitive energy provider, with one of the largest electricity generation portfolios and retail customer bases in the United States.
In her current role, Ericka interacts with all levels of employees, including senior-level executives. She has expertise in, and can speak authoritatively about, an array of hazards that may potentially threaten the continuity of business, and recommend appropriate response and recovery strategies. Through extensive education and credentials, she provides mastery knowledge in Business Continuity Planning, Business Impact Analysis, and Crisis Management.
Ericka holds a Master of Business Administration in Management with a concentration in Risk Mitigation and Business Continuity from Iona College. In her spare time, she loves to cook with her husband and son.
