Candace Alexander

Candace brings over 25 years of business and leadership experience to her coaching.  She focuses on supporting emerging executives reach their highest potential, leading to positive and sustainable business results. 

Candace’s approach to executive coaching and leadership development is to maximize the individual’s leadership effectiveness based on emotional intelligence, intention and authenticity; working with clients to raise their consciousness and awareness around how their thoughts, feelings and actions are impacting their success as leaders.  She has worked with leaders of large and small organizations, both domestic and global, across multiple industries.  

Candace’s depth of business acumen, strategic thinking and leadership experience allows her to bring a unique perspective to her engagements as she has faced many of the challenges her clients are facing, first hand.

Candace is committed to working with women to help them find their voice and develop their own personal leadership style; a style that feels natural and is effective for them and their organizations.

Candace was heavily involved in her corporate employer’s Women’s Leadership Group (WLG), where she Chaired the Partnership Committee which focused on raising the awareness of the benefits of diversity and inclusion by partnering with and leveraging the other company Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Special Interest Groups (SIGs). Candace was also active in the WLG’s millennial mentor program where she mentored and coached millennials. Candace also coached millennials at the 2017 MA Conference for Women.
