Joyce Brocaglia

Founder of the Executive Women's Forum and CEO of Alta Associates


For over three decades Joyce has dedicated her career to building world-class diverse teams and advancing women in Cybersecurity. In 1986 Joyce founded Alta Associates, the leading executive search firm specializing in cybersecurity and IT Risk. In 2002 she founded the EWF which today is the largest member organization serving emerging leaders as well as the most prominent and influential female executives in their field. In 2019, Joyce created BoardSuited®,  an online e-learning course that provides professionals with a practical approach to best prepare and position themselves for their first boardroom seat.


Joyce is fiercely dedicated to increasing opportunity, access, and representation for all women of every race, religion, sexual orientation and seniority in our industry. Joyce’s reputation in the industry and extensive trusted network has enabled her to create influential and impactful relationships with Corporate leaders, Universities, and the Government to affect positive change for all cybersecurity professionals.  


Lynn Terwoerds

Executive Director


Lynn joined the Executive Women's Forum in 2016 after 20+ years as a global cybersecurity expert and leader at Microsoft, Barclays PLC in London and Oracle. She is a founding member of the Cloud Security Alliance and serves on the non-profit board and chairs the Audit & Risk Committee for the Northwest Maritime Center.

As the Executive Director, Lynn has overall strategic and operational responsibility for staff, programs, expansion, and execution of the EWF mission. The Executive Director, in conjunction with the CEO and staff, develops core programs and strategic business plans.


Lori Murray

Chief Operating Officer


Lori has been a member of the EWF Team for 10 years. As Chief Operating Officer, Lori is the primary organizer who oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of EWF programs and events. These events include the EWF National Conference, Cybersecurity Women on Capitol Hill Public/Private Symposium and EWF industry events such as RSA and Black Hat.

Lori also manages the key operational functions of the EWF as well as Alta Associates and BoardSuited including personnel management, AP/AR and 3rd party vendor coordination.  


Linda Dolceamore

Director of Leadership Development


Linda joined the EWF in 2014 and serves as the Director of Leadership Development. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and implementing all initiatives that support the development and advancement of our members.

Linda is the Coach/Facilitator of the Leadership Journey, our year long leadership development virtual program that focuses on developing self-awareness, personal capacity, and resilience necessary to flourish in leadership roles. She also oversees the Lift mentoring program, The Rising Leaders Forum and facilitates the Transition Excelerator onboarding program that accelerates new leaders' performance.


Mary Wei

Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement


Mary joined the EWF team in 2014. In her role, Mary leads the D&I strategy and oversees membership recruitment, retention, engagement and growth. She also manages the EWF’s relationships with our Executive Ambassadors and Champions in fully leveraging their sponsorships. She holds a B.S. in Management and minor in International Business & Economics from Purdue University. 



Melissa Rojas

Digital Marketing Specialist


Melissa joined the Executive Women's Forum in 2017. As a Digital Marketing Specialist for the EWF, she is responsible for developing, managing, tracking, and coordinating all digital content. This includes social media, content marketing, email marketing, and press releases. Melissa has a B.A. in Marketing Communications and a minor in Photography from Columbia College Chicago.


Kimberly Ulate-Nunez

EWF Coordinator


Kimberly has been a member of the EWF Team since 2018 joining on first as Joyce’s Executive Assistant in both the EWF and at Alta Associates. In 2020 she became the EWF Coordinator, a multi-functional role which assists with adminstrative tasks that enable smooth business operations as well as acting as a secondary backup support to many of the EWF staff. She brings over 6 years of administrative experience to the table, representing senior level management professionally and with finesse.
