Advancing Women in Privacy, IT Security and Risk

 Anne Bradley

VP & Chief Privacy Officer, Nike

Anne Bradley is Chief Privacy Officer and Global Counsel for Nike. In this role she leads Nike’s privacy program and leads the legal teams that support Nike Direct (Digital & Retail), Global Brand Marketing, and Global Tech.  She was previously IP and Technology counsel for Hulu, and prior to that in private practice as an intellectual property attorney in Los Angeles. Having worked with many early-stage companies on protecting their intellectual property, Anne has observed some of the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship at close range. Before moving to the Pacific Northwest, Anne spent six years on the Board of Trustees of First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles holding several positions including President of the Board. In that role, she helped grow many church social justice programs consistent with the great activist tradition of the church. She holds a BA in Computer Science and Visual Art from Bowdoin College and a JD from University of California Hastings College of Law. Anne lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and daughter.

Susan Brye

Senior Director, Third Party Oversight, T-Mobile US, Inc

Ms. Brye leads a dedicated team at T-Mobile focused on managing regulatory, legal and operational risks arising from doing business with third parties, including cyber-security, privacy, financial, business continuity and other areas of potential concern. 

Prior to joining T-Mobile, Ms. Brye was Director, Corporate Counsel at Starbucks Coffee Company with responsibility in the areas of intellectual property, cyber-security, privacy, government investigations and complex commercial litigation.  Ms. Brye previously worked in the financial services industry as Assistant General Counsel, Vice President for JPMorgan Chase & Co/JPMorgan Chase Bank and as First Vice President & Senior Counsel at Washington Mutual Bank supporting complex litigation, intellectual property and government investigations.  Before moving in-house, she was in private practice at Lane Powell, PC where she represented lenders and secured creditors in business bankruptcies and reorganizations, commercial litigation and monetization of intellectual property.  

 Laura Bright

 Software Development Engineer, McAfee

Laura Bright is a Software Engineer at McAfee, where she has over 10 years of experience working on enterprise security software. Her current focus is on addressing the needs of customers and driving improvements in McAfee security products. She is the site lead for McAfee Women in Security (WISE) in Oregon and she organizes technical and career development events for WISE members. When she is not working, she enjoys running, hiking, and yoga

Piper Crowell

Global Director, IP-Privacy Policy & GPA, Nike

At Nike Inc., Piper specializes in digital and innovation policy as part of the Government and Public Affairs department. At the state, federal, and global level, Piper engages in the quickly evolving environment of online privacy, e-commerce, and cybersecurity regulations. Prior to joining Nike Inc., Piper worked at Pandora Media leading outreach to Congress and federal agencies on issues relating to streaming media platforms and online advertising and sales. During her time in D.C., Piper was actively involved in the technology community and was a board member of the Diversifying Tech Advisory Council.

Before Pandora, Piper was Campaign Manager for Congressman Jared Huffman’s 2012 campaign and subsequently, Piper served as the Congressman’s Legislative Director. Piper was a triple major at Amherst College and an All-American soccer player. She currently lives in Portland, OR.

Linda Dolceamore

Director of Leadership Development, Executive Women's Forum

Linda joined the EWF in 2014 and serves as the Director of Leadership Development. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and implementing all initiatives that support the development and advancement of our members.

Linda is the Coach/Facilitator of the Leadership Journey, our year long leadership development virtual program that focuses on developing self-awareness, personal capacity, and resilience necessary to flourish in leadership roles. She also oversees the Lift mentoring program, The Rising Leaders Forum and facilitates the Transition Excelerator onboarding program that accelerates new leaders' performance.

Diana Kelley 

CTO, Cybersecurity, Microsoft

Diana is the Cybersecurity Field CTO for Microsoft and a cybersecurity architect, executive advisor and author. At Microsoft she leverages her 25+ years of cyber-risk and security experience to provide advice and guidance to CSOs, CIOs and CISOs at some of the world’s largest companies and is a contributor to the Microsoft Security Intelligence Report (SIR). In addition to her work at Microsoft, she serves on the ACM Ethics & Plagiarism Committee, is an Industry Mentor at CyberSecurity Factory, and guest lecturer at Boston College’s Master of Science in Cybersecurity program. Diana is CTO and Director of the non-profit Sightline Security, a member of the RSA US Program Committee for 2018 and 2019, was an IEEE “Rock Star of Risk” in 2016, keynotes frequently at major conferences, and co-authored the book Cryptographic Libraries for Developers. She worked at IBM where she built and managed the IBM Security Research publication process.

Susan Lyon- Hintze 

Partner and Founder, Hintze Law PLLC

Susan Lyon-Hintze is Partner and Founder of Hintze Law PLLC, a law firm focused exclusively on privacy and security law matters. Ms. Lyon-Hintze advises tech and e-commerce companies on international data protection issues. 

Ms. Lyon-Hintze formerly served as in-house privacy counsel with Microsoft Corp.  Prior to Microsoft she was lead privacy counsel at Dell, Inc. Her last big law job was co-chair of Cooley’s Chambers-ranked privacy and security group.

Brooke Noelke

Cloud Transformation Strategist, McAfee

Brooke leads McAfee IT’s cloud technical architects and business-facing cloud service management efforts, driving McAfee’s cloud transformation. She’s spent most of her career in technical leadership roles in cloud strategy, architecture and engineering. She believes cloud services have already rewritten our IT universe, and we’re all just catching up… but that the cloud “easy buttons” we’re handing developers and business functions aren’t as risk-free as commonly assumed. Her mission is to make the secure path, the easy path to deploying new products, solutions and intelligence in the cloud, through agile automation and reusable cloud security reference architectures. Off hours, she can be found solo backpacking with her dogs or philosophizing with her fine woodworker husband Mike.

Mona- Lisa Pinkney

Sr. Director, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Nike

Mona-Lisa Pinkney is the Senior Director of Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Engagement at NIKE Technology.  She has a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University, a Master of Science degree from Virginia Tech, a Master of Business Administration degree from Loyola University and a Doctorate from the University of Maryland.  With over 25 years of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field including international work with Fortune 500 companies, Mona-Lisa has worked at Barclays, Wachovia/Wells Fargo and Ameritrade prior to joining Nike. She is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). 

Bridging technology and diversity, Mona-Lisa is a life-long learner and advocate for young women interested in pursuing a career in technology. In an effort to give back to the community in which she was raised, Mona-Lisa provides a four-year college scholarship to students graduating from her hometown high school, and has created an Endowment Fund in the College of Engineering at her Alma Mater, North Carolina State University.  Mona-Lisa also serves on the Industry Advisory Board at Florida Memorial University. She believes that to whom much is given, much is expected.

Heather Ratcliffe
Director, Product & Technology | Privacy & Preference, T-Mobile

Heather Ratcliffe is a Director within the Product and Technology organization for T-Mobile. In this role she leads the Privacy and Preference Product team that is responsible for delivering privacy experiences that disrupt the market and delight the customer. She is currently responsible for leading the company response to the California Consumer Privacy Act. Heather has held numerous leadership roles within the technology space. She holds a MBA with a focus in Technology Management and BA from the University of Washington. Heather strongly believes in servant leadership and serves as the Chair of T-Mobile Headquarter Diversity and Inclusion Chapter.

Kat Robison

AGC, Global Privacy & Security, Nike

Privacy nerd who loves a good challenge. Kat joined Nike in 2015 after spending many years in law firms, big and small, where she handled information security and privacy matters for some of Silicon Valley’s hottest startups. Although  a California native, she was happy to leave the congestion of the golden state behind for the (literally) greener pastures of the Pacific Northwest. Kat loves getting outside and exploring and especially enjoys biking, yoga, rock climbing, hiking, and snow sports. When indoors, she loves trying new recipes, watching sci-fi and nature documentaries, and attending most any type of live music performance. Kat is also a huge fan of international travel, which is key to expanding her worldview and appreciation for home.

Candace Worley

VP & Chief Technical Strategist, McAfee

Candace Worley is Vice President and Chief Technical Strategist for McAfee. She manages a worldwide team of Technical Strategists responsible for driving thought leadership and advancing technical innovation in McAfee security solutions.

Prior to this role, Candace served as Vice President of Enterprise Endpoint Security for the Intel Security Group at Intel Corporation. She had worldwide responsibility for all facets of product and vertical marketing for the complete corporate products solutions set.

Worley joined McAfee in 2000 and has held a number of technology leadership positions in her McAfee career including, five and a half years as the SVP and General Manager of the Enterprise Endpoint Security business.  Prior to joining McAfee in 2000, she spent seven years with Mentor Graphics, where she led a team of product managers responsible for electronic design automation and electronic component software.

Worley holds a bachelor's degree in management from Oregon State University and an MBA degree from Marylhurst University.
