Interactive Features
The Website may include interactive features, such as blogs, message boards, chat rooms, and other areas where you can submit content, including posted comments, photos, resources for the members-only resource library, and survey responses. In order to submit a comment to a blog or message board, you may be required to submit your name and other contact information. To participate in the Website’s message boards, you must be a registered user, which may involve collection of Personal Information as described above. 

Any communications or content you submit or post to any interactive features on the Website may be viewable by other users of the Website. Therefore, you acknowledge and understand that you have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in the content you submit for such interactive features, whether or not it contains Personal Information about you.

Use of Personal Information
Except as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy, the Executive Women’s Forum does not rent, sell, or trade your Personal Information. 

We may use your Personal Information to register you for events and programs you have chosen to participate in and to provide you with any services, such as mentorship services, that you have purchased or requested. 
We may also use your Personal Information to (i) send you information about events and programs for which you’ve registered and other information about the Executive Women’s Forum or Executive Women’s Forum events that we think you might be interested in; (ii) include you on regular communications, including email newsletters, from the Executive Women’s Forum; (iii) personalize and improve the Website and Executive Women’s Forum events; and (iv) ensure the technical functioning of the Website.
Your Personal Information, including your e-mail address, will also be used to allow you to communicate with others through the Website. For example, registered users can send messages to other registered users. However, your contact information is not disclosed to the message sender; instead, the Website generates an e-mail message that is delivered to your e-mail address.

Disclosure to Event Organizers
If you elect to participate in an Executive Women’s Forum event, we may share your Personal Information with the event’s organizer(s) or other organizations co-sponsoring or co-hosting the event.
Disclosure to Mentors and Peer Partners

If you elect to participate in the Executive Women’s Forum LIFT program or any other program in which you are connected to other participants, we may share your Personal Information with other participants, such as your mentor or peer partner.

Disclosure to Operations and Maintenance Contractors 
We may contract with third parties to provide services for the Website. These contractors include vendors and suppliers who provide technology, content, and other services (such as payment processing); vendors who analyze and store data collected on the Website; and vendors who send and/or respond to e-mail on our behalf (each, a "Contractor”). These Contractors may have access to your Personal Information in order to provide services to us or on our behalf. If we allow a Contractor to have access to your Personal Information, we will not authorize the Contractor to use or disclose the information for any purpose that is not consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Disclosures for Legal or Safety Reasons

Disclosure to Subsequent Owner or Operator

Sharing Website Content with Social Media Websites
Through links on the Website, you can choose to share content with certain social media websites, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Reddit, Blogger, and Delicious. When you click on a link to share Website content, you will be required to log in (or already be logged in) to the social media service you would like to share content with. Any information collected through this process (e.g., social media login information) will be collected by the social media website and not the Executive Women’s Forum. Utilizing this Website functionality will take you off the Website and onto the social media website with which you wish to share. This will not result in cookies being placed on your computer by the Website, but may result in cookies being placed by the social media service’s website.

What Choices You Have
If you wish to no longer receive e-mails from the Executive Women’s Forum, you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link on all of our e-mails or by contacting us at the contact information below. You can also edit your user profile to remove certain Personal Information you have submitted. If you would like have your user profile or any Personal Information that we maintain about you deleted, please contact us using the contact information below.
