When you register on the Website, we may collect certain Personal Information from you, including your name, contact information, employment information, and interests.
When you register for events, you may be asked to provide the Personal Information necessary to process your registration, such as your name, payment information, and billing address. This information is collected and processed by a third party, as discussed below.
You have the ability to edit and add content to your user profile. The content of any submitted content is determined by you, but it may include Personal Information such as information relating to your employment and/or a link to your LinkedIn profile.
If you choose to contact us through the "Contact Us” form, we may collect certain Personal Information from you, including your name, contact information, employment information, and interests.
The Website may include interactive features, such as blogs, message boards, chat rooms, and other areas where you can submit content, including posted comments, photos, resources for the members-only resource library, and survey responses. In order to submit a comment to a blog or message board, you may be required to submit your name and other contact information. To participate in the Website’s message boards, you must be a registered user, which may involve collection of Personal Information as described above.
Any communications or content you submit or post to any interactive features on the Website may be viewable by other users of the Website. Therefore, you acknowledge and understand that you have no expectation of privacy or confidentiality in the content you submit for such interactive features, whether or not it contains Personal Information about you.
When you visit the Website, we may also collect Non-Personal Information about you, which your web browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website on the Internet. "Non-Personal Information” is information that does not, by itself, identify a specific individual. Our servers automatically record this log information, which may include your Internet Protocol ("IP”) address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
We may collect information about your use of the Website through cookies and similar technology. A "cookie" is a unique numeric code that we transfer to your computer so that we can keep track of your interests and preferences and recognize you as a return visitor to the Website. Cookie technology allows us to collect "clickstream" data, which is not Personal Information but which reflects your activities on the Website, including the pages you view.
We may also collect Non-Personal Information about your use of the Website in an aggregated and/or anonymous form. "Aggregated information” refers to general, abstracted information regarding visitors to and users of this Website. This may include information on which pages you visit, how long you remain on each page, the order in which you view pages, and the website or search engine that led you to the Website.
