In this time of collective uncertainty, I invite us all to be mindful of the things that are within our control. This might include how we:
- Engage our mind and body in positive thoughts and emotions
- Eat, move and exercise
- Spend our time even within the confines of our home
- Responsibly engage with others
- Stay connected with friends and loved ones
- Thoughtfully disconnect from news, media and online
- Find joy in the everyday
- Replenish ourselves
The EWF will offer several virtual initiatives to keep us connected and hopefully make a positive difference for you. I will lead short meditations and leadership exercises (whether you are a leader in your own life or a leader of others) with the sole purpose of providing you a place to shift your mindset and recharge.
